One-component polyurethane injection resin that reacts in contact with water to form a closed cell, waterproofing and chemically stable foam. In the absence of water the product does not expand. The expansion time is strictly related to the quantity of mixed catalyst, the quantity of water and the application temperature. Designed to seal joints and cracks, consolidate and waterproof concrete structures, soils and water saturated rocks.

Two-component, highly reactive, expanding polyurethane resin. Hardening both in the presence and in the absence of water, it penetrates the smallest cracks, generates a stable foam and seals them against water infiltrations. The foam is self-extinguishing and is characterized by a high chemical-dimensional stability. Contains no halogens or CFCs. Designed for injection application in waterproofing and consolidation of rocks, friable soils, containment of groundwater, filling cavities.

Liquid foaming agent based on special biodegradable anionic surfactants, designed to treat clayey and sandy soils in mines and tunnels dug with a full section mechanical cutter. It produces a stable foam that reduces the permeability of the soil and gives greater stability to the excavation, reduces the friction between clay and metal surfaces. Designed for soil treatment during mechanized excavation with EBP machines.

ChemSurf H38

Formulated with special natural polymers and biodegradable anionic surfactants, it produces very stable foams and can be injected into any type of soil, preventing clay agglomeration and obstructions in the shield and excavation chamber of EPB machines. Characterized by good lubricating properties, it reduces the friction between the ground and the excavation equipment, increasing its efficiency. Effective against dust, it finds application in excavations in coal mines. Quickly biodegradable and non-polluting for the environment. 

Liquid synthetic polymer with high molecular weight, non-toxic and non-flammable, milky, medium viscosity, easily dispersible in water, which by hydrolyzing generates clear, high viscosity solutions. Designed for sludge treatment during ground drilling and civil engineering works. Excellent lubricant for the drill string, reduces torsional friction and wear. Foam stabilizer and thickener suitable for ChemSurf A22, ChemSurf H38 systems.

ChemSperse

High performance liquid dispersant formulated with special modified polycarboxylates. Ready to use, it is not affected by water hardness and thermal excursions. Designed for the treatment of clayey soils, gypsum, bentonite mud, kaolin and other significantly cohesive materials.
